Terms of Use

These terms govern the use of the Ahşapmetrik service (the "Service") provided by X Ahşap Limited Şirketi (the "Provider"). By opening an account you accept these terms.

1. Account and responsibility

• An account is opened on behalf of a company; the company administrator is responsible for inviting the team and granting permissions.
• Keeping your sign-in details confidential is your responsibility; report suspicious access immediately.
• The Service may not be used for unlawful purposes or in a way that infringes the rights of third parties.

2. Data ownership

The business data you enter into the Service (stock, customers, quotes and the like) belongs to your company. The Provider processes this data only to provide the Service; it is not sold and is not used for advertising. Details: Privacy Policy.

3. Subscription and access

• New accounts start with a free trial; when it ends, access continues with a valid subscription.
• No automatic charging takes place; each period is extended by the customer's payment. Access is suspended for an unpaid period and the data is retained.
• Cancellation and refund terms are set out in the Cancellation and Refund Policy.

4. Service level

Reasonable effort is made to keep the Service uninterrupted and error-free; planned maintenance is kept as short as possible. The Service is provided "as is"; the Provider cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of profit, commercial consequences arising from data entry). The Provider's total liability is limited to the subscription fees paid in the last 12 months.

5. Closing the account

You can delete your account at any time using "Delete my account" inside the app. Deletion is irreversible: your personal data is anonymised according to the terms in the Privacy Policy and that account can no longer sign in. In the event of a serious breach of these terms the Provider may suspend the account after giving notice.

6. Changes

These terms may be updated; significant changes are announced by e-mail. Continued use after a change means acceptance of the current terms.
