Delivery and shipping
There is no physical shipment and no shipping. Ahşapmetrik is a software service (SaaS): the moment a payment is confirmed, the subscription is assigned automatically to the paying account and the service becomes available at once. There is no separate delivery time, delivery fee or tracking number.
Payment
Payments are taken through the PayTR infrastructure; card details are never seen or stored by us. Prices include VAT and the total is shown at the payment step. There is no automatic charge — each period is renewed with your approval.
Cancellation, refunds and returns
You can cancel the subscription at any time; the service stays open until the end of the period. Where the service could not be used at all, the amount is refunded to the original payment method. Details: Cancellation and Refund Policy.
