Buyer: The natural or legal person who purchases a subscription to the Ahşapmetrik service and whose details are collected during the order.

2. Konu

This agreement sets out the rights and obligations of the parties in respect of the sale and performance of the Ahşapmetrik subscription service ordered electronically by the Buyer through the application under the ahsapmetrik.com domain, pursuant to Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502 and the Distance Contracts Regulation.

3. Nature and Price of the Service

The Service is a software service (SaaS) offered on a subscription basis, in which stock, auction, shipment and quote processes are managed. The selected plan, the subscription period and the total price including taxes are shown to the Buyer at the payment step and become final upon the Buyer's approval. Payments are taken through the PayTR infrastructure; card details are not stored by the Seller.

4. Performance (delivery)

The Service is digital; once the payment is verified the subscription is provisioned to the paying account instantly . There is no physical delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal

Pursuant to article 15/1-ğ of the Turkish Distance Contracts Regulation, the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for services performed instantly in electronic form . Because the subscription is performed instantly upon payment, it falls within this scope. Cancellation and refund terms are set out on the Cancellation and Refund Policy page.

6. Subscription term and renewal

The subscription lasts until the end of the paid period. No automatic charging takes place; a reminder is sent to the Buyer by e-mail as the end of the period approaches, and a new period starts with a new payment made by the Buyer. Access to the service is suspended for an unpaid period; the data is protected according to the retention terms in the Privacy Policy.

7. Disputes

The Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts of Bartın have jurisdiction over disputes.

Preliminary information

The Buyer has been informed, before the payment step and through this page and the payment screen, about the essential characteristics of the service, the total price including taxes, the manner of performance and the cases in which the right of withdrawal cannot be exercised, and accepts that the order creates an obligation to pay.
